- That wire is most likely the RESET line for the hard drive. Cutting
- it removes the ability of the A1200 to check if the drive is ready or not,
- I think, don't quote me on that (disclaimer). This way the A1200 assumes
- the drive is always ready to be used and so it can be recognized after
- a reboot.
